Apart from complying with local (GPCB – Gujarat Pollution Control Board & CPCB –Central Pollution Control Board) and global statutory regulatory requirements for production and storage of chemicals and colourants, we believe that Prevention is Better than Cure. You can plant trees every day, but it’s important to save and make a tree. Our activities are directed towards saving this environment and creating an awareness to do so. With the cooperation from the various education institutions in the area to spread our philosophy to the young generation, we believe that educating a child about importance of trees and garbage reduction is what we call as ‘Make a Tree’ The thrust is always on reduction of use and enhancing the reuse of resources and to compliment waste reduction without compromising on quality of deliverables. Our MIE (Minimum Impact On Environment) is well executed in all the areas of operations. The Management and the team of experts think that this is a continuous process. The cross functional team members are equally concerned and actively involved development of better conditions.
As the saying goes, health is wealth. Our main goal is to make sure that every employee is capable of handling the responsibilities and demands of this cutthroat society, both intellectually and physically. In order to guarantee everyone in the organisation is in good health, we provide quarterly medical checkups and free on-site pharmaceutical services. To foster and build systems for better Member Health, our Human Resources Management (HRM) team regularly works in close conjunction with the EHS Team, neighbourhood doctors, and medical professionals.
Safety first: Each member has received department-specific training on how to handle and manage any circumstances that can emerge during ordinary operations. The EHS Team makes sure that users of intermediates and chemicals have access to Material Safety Data sheets, TREM cards, and Safety instructions because safer is better. We have been anxious to ensure the safety of others as well as that of our surroundings in addition to concentrating on our own safety. As a result, we have been effectively using the Know Your Neighbors initiative. We make sure that no children work for our organisation since child labour has long been a source of worry across the world. Instead, we are collaborating with NGOs, schools, and universities, social workers, and the amenities needed to ensure that a child has access to both the essentials for a brighter future as well as his childhood.
